3. Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package with visible damage, please refuse the delivery. If you accept the package and later discover that the product is damaged, please notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. We will work closely with you during the customization process to ensure your requirements are met and provide updates to obtain your approval before finalizing the order.
